The Clerk of Court and the deputy clerks are committed to providing you with superior customer service. We will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about the services of this office or the procedures you must follow for a particular court process. Please be advised, however, that state law prohibits our staff from rendering legal advice, restating the law or recommending specific ways to pursue legal action (OCGA 15-19-51). The only person that can give you legal advice is an attorney, litigation can be complicated we strongly suggest you consider seeking legal advice prior to filing paperwork. If you would like to find local attorneys you can visit the website Blue Ridge Bar Association If you do not want to seek the advice of an attorney, there is a law library located on the second floor of the Justice Center, the website for that office is Cherokee County Law Library
