Hon. Nancy Diane Carson

Associate Judge

Associate Magistrate from November 19, 2004 – present.

 

Education and Credentials: 

Bar Admissions:  Georgia, 1997.

Law School:  Georgia State University, J.D. 1997.

Law Practice:  Judge Carson is a Partner with Carson & Ruskell Attorneys in Woodstock, Georgia.  She was an Assistant Solicitor for Cherokee County from 1998 through 2001.

 


Hon. Hugh M. Dorsey III

Associate Judge

Associate Magistrate from July 25, 2012 – present.

 

Education and Credentials: 

Bar Admissions:  Georgia, 1972.

Law School:  Duke Law School, 1972.

Undergraduate:  University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, 1969.

 Law Practice:

 A native of Georgia, Judge Dorsey has practiced in the metropolitan Atlanta area focusing primarily on litigation.  He has resided in Woodstock and practiced primarily in the courts of Cherokee County for over 17 years.  Additionally, he served as founding Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Savannah College of Art and Design from 1977 to 1994 and as General Counsel from 1977 to 1995 and 2000 to 2001.

 


Hon. Konrad G.W. Zielger

Associate Judge

Associate Magistrate from July 24, 2012 – present.

Bar Admissions:  All trial and appellate courts in Georgia, 2006.  United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
