Bid Synopsis
SEE ADDENDUM #1, 2, 3, AND #4 !!!!! The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners and The Cherokee Recreation & Parks Agency is now soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors for Design Services for Renovations at Hobgood County Park, 6688 Bells Ferry Rd. Sealed proposals will be received in the Purchasing Office no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and Walk-through will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Hobgood County Park, 6688 Bells Ferry Rd., Woodstock, GA. A complete bid package may be obtained by contacting the County Purchasing Office at 678-493-6034 / 678-493-6033 or by e-mailing your request to Melvy Figueroa at mfigueroa@cherokeega.com . The RFP may also be obtained from the County’s website; www.cherokeega.com.
