Bid Synopsis
This RFP is issued by the Cherokee County Community Development Block Grant Program CDBG, through its Director who is the project administrator for this RFP. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain professional consultant services by a reputable firm to prepare an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice [AI]. Proposals must be marked as Consultant Services for Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Monday April 26, 2010. Copies of the proposal must be received at the following address: Office of Purchasing & Risk Management, Cherokee County Administration Building 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114. A complete bid package may be obtained by contacting the County Purchasing Office at 678-493-6033 or by e-mailing your request to mfigueroa@cherokeega.com. Late or faxed proposals will not be considered. Cherokee County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
