Bid Synopsis
The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners invite you to submit a proposal responsive to the issues outlined in this request for proposal to provide architectural services, construction document development and construction administration for a new Aquatic Center and Park on a 37.66 acre site in Cherokee County. Proposals must be received by Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114 NLT 3 pm EST, Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Late proposals will not be accepted. If there are any questions or should the respondent require more information, contact: Greg Dodgen, Director, Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Ga. 30114,(678) 493-6000. The respondents must be familiar with and comply with the Cherokee County Procurement Ordinance (June 1, 2010 version) attached as Appendix B. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
