Timesheet added for any County employee security/escort required for project.*** ***UPDATED 11/12/10: Added Addendum 1 to reflect time, date and venue for pre-bid meeting.*** The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners invites you to submit a proposal responsive to the issues outlined in this request for proposal to provide all materials, tools and labor necessary to replace roofs in accordance with the accompanying specifications on the following three buildings: Tax Commissioners Office, 2780 Marietta Highway, Canton, GA 30114, Cherokee County Justice Center, 90 North St., Canton, GA 30114, Historic Courthouse, 100 North St., Canton, GA 30114. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the court room in the Historic Courthouse, 100 North St., Canton, GA 30114. Proposals must be received by Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114 NLT 3 pm EST, Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Late proposals will not be accepted. If there are any questions or should the respondent require more information, contact: Greg Dodgen, Director, Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Ga. 30114, (678) 493-6034. The respondents must be familiar with and comply with the Cherokee County Procurement Ordinance (June 1, 2010 version) attached hereto. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
