SEE BID TABULATION - SEE BID DOCUMENT (WORD FORMAT) -- The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners is now soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Office Supplies companies in submitting a bid to provide the Cherokee County’s various departments, offices and facilities with Office Supplies. Sealed bids will be received in the Procurement and Risk Management Department no later than Tuesday, December 21st, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. local time. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 9th, 2010 at the Cherokee County Procurement Department, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Georgia. Bid documents can be viewed and obtained from www.cherokeega.com or from the Procurement and Risk Management Department, at 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114. Response to this invitation should be sent to: Cherokee County Board of Commissioners, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton GA. 30114 Attention: Melvy Figueroa, or the response may be hand delivered to the Cherokee County Commissioners’ Office at the same address no later than 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 21st, 2010, so they may be included in a formal bid opening at this time. Each response should be marked on outside of envelope with "SEALED BID #2010-29, OFFICE SUPPLIES, Attention: Melvy Figueroa". No bids will be accepted after the specified time of the bid opening. Bids submitted after the designated time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technicalities as deemed appropriate by the commission.
