RFP2011-26: ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS FOR CHEROKEE COUNTY CITY CLUB FACILITY
Bid Synopsis
Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners, to provide ELECTRICAL systems for the Cherokee County City Club facility. The proposals shall provide for goods and services to include hardware, accessories, supplies, and all labor necessary for the installation of the ELECTRICAL systems, pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RFP documents. This project is part of a renovation program for the City Club facility, and the Cherokee County Director of Property Management will serve as the general contractor for the entire renovation program. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 from 10:30 to 11:30AM local time at the Cherokee County City Club facility, located at 959 Marietta Highway, Canton, Georgia 30114. The pre-proposal meeting will provide information about the entire renovation program, and interested parties are encouraged to offer proposals for any project, or multiple projects, for which their firm has the skills and experience necessary to meet the requirements as set forth in the RFP documents. Further information about the project, including any addenda, will ONLY be posted in the Bids/RFP section of the County’s website, at www.cherokeega.com. Proposals will be received by the Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, Cherokee County Administrative Complex, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114, telephone (678) 493-6034, pursuant to the instructions provided in the RFP document, no later than 4:00PM local time on Wednesday, November 2, 2011. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
