RFP2011-27: EMPLOYEE SUBSTANCE SCREENING AND TESTING SERVICES
Bid Synopsis
Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners from qualified vendors for drug and alcohol screening services to help ensure an alcohol and drug free work environment for its employees in accord with the federal drug-free workplace act and 49 CFR Part 40. Responding vendors must have the capability to provide all services, either singularly or through subcontractors and submit one invoice for all services rendered, as more specifically set forth in the RFP documents. Proposals will be received by the Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, Cherokee County Administrative Complex, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Georgia 30114, telephone (678) 493-6034, pursuant to the instructions provided in the RFP document, no later than 3:00PM local time on Tuesday, November 21, 2011. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
