RFP2011-36 YOUTH BASKETBALL OFFICIATING AND REFEREE SERVICES

Bid Synopsis
Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested by the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners from qualified vendors for referee, timekeeping and other officiating services for a youth basketball program of approximately 3,500 children. Responding vendors must have the capability to provide adequate numbers of qualified and background cleared staff and other requirements as more specifically set forth in the RFP documents. All questions or requests for additional information from potential respondents are due in writing to Greg Dodgen, Director of Procurement and Risk Management, via e-mail to gdodgen@cherokeega.com no later than 5PM local time, Monday, October 3, 2011. Answers to questions will ONLY be posted in the Bids/RFP section of the County’s website, at www.cherokeega.com via formal addendum, no later than 5PM local time, Thursday, October 6, 2011. Proposals will be received by the Cherokee County Procurement & Risk Management Department, Cherokee County Administrative Complex, 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, Georgia 30114, telephone (678) 493-6034, pursuant to the instructions provided in the RFP document, no later than 1:00PM local time on Wedneday, October 12, 2011. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
