Bid Synopsis
The Cherokee County Engineering Department is requesting bids for the Installation of Guardrail and Replacement of Damaged Guardrail Countywide. All guardrail must meet current Georgia DOT Standards and Specifications and all bidders must be qualified bidders in accordance with Chapter 672-5 of the Rules of the Georgia DOT. One original and two copies of the bid must be submitted to the Cherokee County Procurement Office at 1130 Bluffs Pkwy, Canton, GA 30114 by 9:50AM local time on Thursday, February 23, 2012. All bids will be opened and read publicaly at 10:00AM local time on Thursday, February 23, 2012. Request for information and inquiries concerning this bid should be directed to Geoffrey E. Morton, P.E., Public Works Director/County Engineer; the deadline for requests is February 17, 2012.
