RFP 2012-15 ROUTINE & EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE OF GENERATORS

Bid Synopsis
The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to supply the County with Routine and Emergency Maintenance of Countywide GENERATORS to include supplies and services as listed in the RFP. Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in the Procurement & Risk Management Department at the County Administrative Building at 1130 Bluffs Parkway, Canton, GA 30114. Any questions or requests for information should be in writing only and directed to Kristi Thompson in the Procurement Department via email at kthompson@cherokeega.com or fax at 678-493-6035. The deadline for questions or requests for information is 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 8, 2012. Questions/requests for information will be answered via Addendum and released on the County's website only. Cherokee County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in the best interest of the County.
