Bid Synopsis
The Cherokee County Adult Detention Center, a division of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide on-site commissary services for the complete operation of the facility's commissary program. Bid packages may be obtained from the Cherokee County's website at: http://www.cherokeega.com/applications/RFP/bids.cfm Response to this invitation should be sent to: Procurement Division, Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Attention: Greg Dodgen 1130 Bluffs Parkway Canton, GA 30114 678-493-6034 gdodgen@cherokeega.com The response may also be hand delivered to the same address no later than 11:00 AM local time, Tuesday, June 19, 2012, so they may be included in a formal bid opening at this time. Each response should be marked on outside of envelope with "RFP #2012-20, COMMISSARY SERVICES FOR ADULT DETENTION CENTER, ATTENTION: GREG DODGEN". No proposals will be accepted after the specified time of the bid opening. Proposals submitted after the designated time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive technicalities as deemed appropriate by the commission.
