Search the tax commissioner database by one of three ways:

Map/Parcel combo OR Property ID
A valid map and parcel combo will consist of a map value (ex. 15N12 or 15N12B) and a parcel value (ex. 30 or 105A). Map and parcel values can be found by searching the county's tax map image library. You may leave the parcel field blank if you want to return a larger record set. If you have a mobile home or other property that does not reference a map and parcel, you should enter the property ID instead (ex. Mh05000).

Owner's Name
Tax records are established using the owner's name. The format for this is Last Name, First Name so when searching for matches, better results will be returned by following this format or simply by entering the last name only. This name may or may not match the name of the current occupant.

Property Address
this is the address of the actual property and not the owner's address. Do not include any suffix like RD or Lane, just the main street name. (ex. Heardstone for Heardstone Court). Warning - leaving out a street number will result in increased search times. Try to be as specific as possible.
