Our Goals

The primary activity for the Chairman's Economic Alliance is the development of an economic strategic plan. The plan will begin with a shared vision of the economic potential of the community of Cherokee County and include specific goals if the vision is to be achieved, and into actions to accomplish those goals. Understanding that the community cannot obtain successful results without broad representation of the community, a Cherokee Citizen's Roundtable group will be appointed by the Chairman and Board of Commissioners to assist with the development of a common vision for the community of Cherokee.
