Attends all Commission meetings and prepares, posts and distributes the agendas prior to future meetings; Prepares and distributes Commission Meeting Minutes.  BOC Agendas / Minutues Maintains and ensures Codification of Ordinances and Resolutions Keeps all original contracts, agreements and leases with the county Acts as fiscal agent Ensures all requirements of "Open Meetings and Open Records Act" are followed Obtains signatures on all official documents and distributes to appropriate personnel Provides requested information and/or documents to Board of Commissioners, elected officials, department heads, the media and the general public County's Records Rentention Officer
