Mission Statement

The Cherokee County Marshal’s Office protects persons and property by providing essential code enforcement and other public safety related issues. The agency enforces the law and ordinances in a fair and impartial manner, recognizing both the statutory and judicial limits of police authority and the constitutional rights of all persons.
