Mission Statement

To provide support for telecommunications, program maintenance, systems development, production support and office systems services to County departments and agencies. To provide the stable, responsive Information Technology systems the departments and agencies require in accomplishing their missions. To analyze and interpret the progress as well as direction of the Information Technology industry for the County departments and agencies. To strive to keep current in technology and to provide County-wide data processing and telecommunications direction in an effective, secure and cost efficient manner.

Information Technology manages all computers and technology projects including purchase of computers and Information Technology equipment, support services, maintaining the networks and security.
 
Core Services
 
The Information Technology Services Agency delivers a basic array of core services to the county agencies and departments. These services include Installing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers and peripheral; Developing and supporting the county-wide network and access to the internet; User support, instruction and training; maintenance of major administrative computing systems; providing audiovisual and instructional media support to county agencies and departments; producing, verifying and distributing data and information for decision-making support.
