Mission Statement

Duties

Determines eligibility for appointed counsel.

Appoints counsel for defendants that are eligible.

Monitors defendants with bonds that are set by the Court.

Monitors defendants released on ankle monitor.

Aids Child Support Recovery with monitoring clients who are in contempt.

As well as any other tasks deemed necessary by the Court.
