The GSCCCA currently accepts plats starting in 2004 until present.  
Plat images are available on our website back to Book 28 with a start date of September 22, 1985 and continue to present. Please remember, if you are searching property in a subdivision you must search under the subdivision name and not the property owner’s name.  Subdivision lots will only be under the property owners name if a new survey was done by the property owner and recorded in our office.
