In order to comply with Georgia Law O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1 (2009) every new applicant and existing business owner in unincorporated Cherokee County is required to complete an affidavit verifying legal status.

All affidavits must be on file no later than November 30, 2009 in order to renew your 2010 business license.
