The Finance Department is responsible for: cash management, accounts payable, payroll, financial accounting, planning, internal controls, analysis, management reporting, procurement and risk management.
2018 IMPORTANT PAYROLL DATES
Perfect Attendance - The review period for 2018 perfect attendance is November 19, 2017 through November 17, 2018.
Accrual Rollover Processing: For the 2018 Calendar Year, the last day to use accruals prior to annual accrual rollover processing is December 15, 2018 (which is the end date of the last full payroll dated in 2018). Vacation accrual balance over the limits will be credited toward the employee’s Defined Benefits Calculation.
