Deputy Marshal First Class King has a combined 14 years of experience in law enforcement and animal control services. He has been with the Cherokee County Marshal’s Office since 2016. He has received his associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in forensic science and cyber crimes from the University of Phoenix, and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in cyber crimes, criminology, and forensic science from the University of Phoenix. He is a Field Training Officer, a certified licensed drone pilot, he is part of the Crisis Intervention Team, and currently holds the position of investigator. He is currently assigned to the Code Enforcement Division.
