Deputy Marshal Hutchins has been with the Cherokee Marshal’s Office since 2023. DM Hutchins started his law enforcement career with the Holly Springs Police Department before becoming a deputy marshal. He has a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Florida and an MFA in film production from Full Sail University, where he became an award-winning filmmaker and professor of film production. He is also a USMC veteran serving during Desert Storm.
