The Planning and Zoning Department promotes the community vision by providing a process for orderly growth and development while protecting local resources in order to enrich the quality of life in Cherokee County.
We serve as a resource on zoning, subdivision of property, development regulation, demographic and economic trends to effectively and efficiently assist our citizens to build sucessful businesses and thriving communities.
