Apply for a Weapons Carry License


Effective May 14, 2020, all Renewal and New Weapons Carry License applications will be processed by appointment only.

Absolutely no walk-ins will be allowed.

IMPORTANT:  If you have a Weapons Carry License that expires on or before June 29, 2021, Governor Brian Kemp has signed an Executive Order that allows a 120-day renewal period from the expiration date on the license.  If your Weapons Carry License expires AFTER June 29, you only have 30 days to renew. 

If your Weapons Carry License expires after June 29 and you are not able to schedule an appointment within the 30-day time frame, please contact this office for further assistance.

Please arrive ON TIME. Appointments are scheduled 10 minutes apart. If you arrive late, you will be asked to reschedule. Bring with you the completed application, your current I.D., current WCL (if renewing), and payment (cash or card).
