MISSION STATEMENT
The MISSION of the Office of the Cherokee County Solicitor-General is to fulfill the duties assigned to it by Georgia law in a diligent, fair, just, and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest ethical standards and ensuring that justice is served for Cherokee victims, defendants, and citizens.
This mission will be accomplished by appropriately prosecuting misdemeanor crimes committed in Cherokee County with unwavering dedication to the pursuit of truth, justice, protection of the innocent, prevention of crime, and care for victims of such crime. This office will vigorously and aggressively prosecute offenders, but will not lose sight of the compassion due offenders as fellow human beings.

The VISION of Cherokee County Solicitor-General Todd Hayes for the Office is to be a public safety partner with the citizens of Cherokee County, committed to improving their lives by:
- Keeping every Cherokee street safe;
- Being the voice for every victim we serve;
- Working in partnership with our police; and
- Seeking JUSTICE, not CONVICTIONS.
