Vaccination and Testing Locations

TESTING

J.J. Biello Park, Riverside Athletic Complex, 610 Druw Cameron Court, Woodstock, GA 30188. Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. Due to current high volume, the testing lines must close when the site reaches full capacity each day. This is to ensure that everyone waiting in line may be tested prior to closing time. The North Georgia Health District encourages anyone who needs testing to arrive at the testing site before 1:30 p.m. Prior to arrival, please visit: https://mako.exchange/splash/GAmakotesting/

VACCINATIONS

Vaccinations have moved back to the Cherokee County Health Department at both Canton and Woodstock Health Centers located at 1219 Univeter Road location in Canton and 7545 North Main Street in Woodstock. COVID-19 vaccinations are free and no appointment is necessary. The health center hours of operation are::

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Cherokee County Government and Cherokee County Emergency Management Agency (CCEMA) are working closely with the Department of Public Health, and all local public safety agencies to monitor and respond to the current Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This COVID-19 update page includes all executive orders signed by Gov. Brian Kemp, the number of confirmed cases as reported by the Georgia Department of Public Health, briefings from the Cherokee County Emergency Management Agency and other resources for residents and businesses in Cherokee County.

We urge citizens to practice all precautions recommended by Public Health officials. These include proper hand washing, disinfection of all surfaces you touch, covering your coughs or sneezes, refraining from touching your face, and social distancing of 6 feet or more.
