BOND RETURNABLE DATES

BOND RETURNABLE/ARRAIGNMENT

If you or your client has a bond returnable/arraignment date for November 16, 2023, please take note of the following. We have mailed a letter with instructions to defendants and their attorneys. Defendants are required to complete and submit a bond returnable form to the District Attorney's Office by November 29, 2023. Defendants do not need to submit this form in person. Any defendant who fails to return the form by November 29 will be required to report in person at a later date. If you have questions, please contact your attorney or the District Attorney's Office at 770-479-1488.
