Manager Bio

In 1988, Greg began a rewarding logistics career as a handler and driver for United Parcel Service (UPS). During a distinguished 30-year career, culminating as a Branch Manager, Greg developed and honed his skills as a leader, manager, and mentor to more than 100 women and men, who served in safety, operational, logistics, financial, and administrative roles. Commended as the top supervisor by those he led, his co-workers and superiors, Greg developed a deep appreciation for the individual as well as the team. It is this quality which Greg brings to his current position as Cherokee County’s Director of Transportation.

During his time away from the office and field, Greg most enjoys family and friends, especially when they  love to hunt, fish, and hit the links.

Greg’s greatest love is his relationships: his beautiful bride and best friend of more than 22 years; his son and daughter-in-law Richard and Rachael, and their three gorgeous children, Reagan, Riley, and Reese.
