Clerk of Courts

We are beginning renovations in suite G170, Monday, December 10, 2018, until further notice; therefore, this office will be closed.

If you are coming for a passport or notary, you will go to the State Court Clerk's Office suite 160 on the First Floor

Superior Civil, Criminal and State Civil will be in Deeds and Records suite G150 on the Ground Floor.

Office phone numbers will not change.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.


January 1, 2019, State Court Civil will be mandatory efile!!  Also, on January 1, 2019,  a new eFiling fee structure takes effect in accordance with Senate Bill 407.
