Welcome to the DUI/Drug Court website. This website is intended for participant's who are currently in the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court Program or the Cherokee County Misdemeanor Drug Court Program. There are links to important documents you may need while in the program as well as contact information for the Team Members. Please check back for important updates and announcements. DUI Court will be on March 15, 2018 and April 5, 2018.  Phase V participants are excused March 15th.

 

DUI Court will hold Graduation on April 19, 2018 at the Cherokee County Historic Courthouse at 6pm. All DUI participants are required to attend. 

 

Misdemeanor Drug Court will be on March 13, 2018 and April 3, 2018. All phases must attend every court date.


 

*NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2017 the DUI Court office will no longer accept cash payments. We will accept money orders and credit/debit card payments with an added fee of 4.95%.
